Tower Bridge is undoubtedly one of the first spots anyone wants to visit in London. Some of us even took it so far to reenact movie scenes and dance in the rain. However, there’s more to do on the bridge that meets the eye.
How do you feel about attending an exclusive sunrise yoga class 42 metres above the River Thames?
Yoga in the Walkways
The exclusive Tower Bridge yoga classes are a memorable experience for both locals and tourists. Billie Woodcraft, a London-based yoga teacher, will guide you through an energetic vinyasa-flow yoga session at sunrise, every third Wednesday of the month.
First Come, First Serve Basis
Since they only happen once a month, and there’s limited space for yoga mats on the Tower Bridge glass, timing is very important. You have to arrive by 7:15, even though the actual yoga session begins at 7:·30. Once started, the yoga session lasts approximately 50 minutes.

Tower Bridge Yoga – Prices and Availability
As of March 2017, the price is £25 per session. However, do check the official Tower Bridge website here, for any changes.
Since there is no option to reserve in advance, you can join their mailing list.
In case the thought of standing on a glass 42 metres above ground, let alone stretch on it for almost one hour, rest assured that they confirmed it’s very safe, as it was built to withstand the weight of an elephant.
